variables/structures

Got the variables and data structures all done, so the rest is just code!  Will probably need some scripts to do excel->data so I don't have to copy/paste all the time.

LED fail

Booo new LED idea didn't work.  Instead of the LEDs slowly changing color/brightness they just looked like they were flashing really fast.  Someone would have had a seizure!  Oh well onto the game part.

Got the back half done, wall thickness much more than the plastic version.  Might have to beef up the screw mounts on front half too.
